Improving the financial literacy of Australian women is a joint responsibility.

While the In-School Programs and Mentoring that Speaking of Money delivers are an important part of the solution, raising the awareness of this critical aspect of daily life, by reaching larger audiences, is also essential.

We know how empowering it is for women to be able to speak with confidence about money and finance; we also know that financial literacy is something that women often de-prioritise until a life-changing event occurs bringing them face-to-face with the need both to understand their own financial situation and/or to assume financial control.

Finding time to develop this knowledge and skill can be difficult, but attending a presentation with other women who are interested in the same thing can be an easy and effective way to start the conversation.

Our presentations are tailored to meet the needs of each group with formats varying from an interview style ‘In-Conversation’ on the couch, to a formal lecture style presentation at Conferences.
